Features

When the measured material is added to the mixing chamber, the material is subjected to the force exerted by two rotors with different rotating speeds and opposite directions. The torque module measures the reaction force through the torque sensor and obtains the rheological map of torque changing with time through computer software processing. The equipment can simultaneously measure the torque (temperature) - time curve in the internal mixing process of materials, and detect the differences and characteristics of material microstructure, macro morphology and processing performance through the slight changes of the curve
