Applications
Laboratory drug hot melt twin screw extruder application:

* Can be used for solid dispersion system preparation, the insoluble drug and soluble auxiliary materials by hot melting granulation, can greatly improve the release of drugs and bioavailability.

* It can be used to mask the taste of drugs with poor taste. After hot melting and granulation of the drugs and the high polymer materials to mask the taste, the medicine can be well masked, which lays a good foundation for the further preparation of oral liquid, dry suspension or oral disintegration tablets.

* Can directly prepare sustained release particles, the drug and polymer sustained release materials together with heat melting granulation, can be one step to prepare very uniform sustained release particles, can be made into other sustained release preparations
