Properties

Lab PVC multi layer cast film machine is composed of a twin screw extruder, a single screw extruder, a precision flow auxiliary machine, two sets of melt metering pump driven by servo motor, hydraulic net changer, manual net changer and a set of three layers of compound die head. The twin screw extruder has the functions of multi-material mixing, forced feeding and self-cleaning which the single screw extruder does not have. It can increase the side feeding component and realize the quantitative feeding of various additives. It is suitable for the blending and plasticizing extrusion molding of non-single raw material

MDO longitudinal stretching unit can be selected to form lab small online cast film MDO stretching line.
