The principle of plastic film stretching is to melt the polymer resin through the extruder and extrude thick sheets at the glass transition temperature. In the high elastic state of the polymer under the appropriate temperature range of the upper melting point, the vertical and horizontal puller are successively advanced along the longitudinal and transverse direction under the action of external force a definite multiple of stretching, so that the molecular chains of the polymer are oriented and ordered in the direction parallel to the plane of the film; The orientation of the macromolecular structure is fixed by heat setting in the tensile state. Finally, the ideal plastic can be made by cooling and subsequent treatment
