Principle of Torque Rheometer For Rubber And Plastic Test

Put the material to be tested into the mixing chamber, the material is subjected to different rotation speeds, and the direction is opposite
The force exerted by the two rotors of the rotor is continuously mixed and sheared between the rotor and the chamber wall cut, the rotor ribs are also subject to the reaction force of the material, and the torque rheometer passes the torque. The reaction force measured by the sensor is processed by computer software, and the torque varies with the time-dependent rheological profiles.
