Torque rheometer is a kind of multi-functional, building block type rheometer meter. By recording the reverse torque and the change of temperature over time, it can study the dispersion performance, flow behavior and structural changes in the processing process (crosslinking, thermal stability, etc.). Because the torque rheometer can simulate the process process such as mixing and extrusion, and the material consumption is small, especially suitable for the development of production formula and the optimization of process conditions, it can also be used as an effective means of production quality control.







The basic structure of torque rheometer can be divided into three parts: computer measurement and control system, for setting experimental parameters and collection and processing of experimental data to form the "rheological map" of the material processing process; mechanical and electrical drive control system for controlling experimental temperature, rotor speed and other parameters to provide adjustable and stable process conditions; replaceable experimental components, composed of a "∞" removable mixing chamber and a pair of rotors, rotated at different speeds and mixed in the mixing room.

The Roller rotor is suitable for the mixing of thermoplastics, thermosetting plastics, it can test the viscosity, crosslinking reaction and shear / thermal stress of materials.

The Banbury rotor is mainly used for the mixing and testing of natural rubber, synthetic rubber and mixing rubber.
