Overview

Principle of Torque Rheometer

Add the material to be tested into the mixing chamber, and the material is subjected to the force exerted by the two rotors with different rotation speeds and opposite directions. The torque module measures this reaction force through the torque sensor, and the torque is obtained through computer software processing. Rheological profile over time. The equipment can simultaneously measure the torque (temperature)-time curve during the material mixing process, and detect the differences and characteristics of the microstructure, macroscopic shape, and processing performance of the material through the subtle changes in the curve.
