Features

The basic working principle of Color Masterbatch disperser FPV is that the polymer based mixture containing a certain concentration of pigment flows through an extruder equipped with a filter screen assembly supported by a melt pump and a porous plate, and a melt pressure sensor is installed at the front end of the filter screen assembly, The maximum difference between the initial pressure (test base material) and the pressure measured by the sensor in front of the group mesh assembly behind the melt pump is the filtration pressure value (FPV). Its size is used to characterize the dispersion effect of the color masterbatch. The smaller the FPV value, the better the dispersion
