Product process
Lab Laminating Extrusion Production Line: Plastic particles are plasticized by a screw and extruded in a linear shape from the flat die mouth. After stretching, they attach to the surface of flexible substrates such as paper, film, non-woven fabric, and woven fabric. They are cooled, shaped, and pressed to synthesize a composite material that combines the barrier and heat sealing properties of the plastic film layer, as well as the strength, toughness, and functional characteristics of the substrate.
