Film Biaxial Stretching Experimental Line mainly consists of five-layer co-extrusion unit, casting machine, longitudinal stretching machine (MDO), transverse stretching machine (TDO), automatic rewinding unit, the central control system and other parts, can be used for the development of new products of double-drawing film of different materials such as PP, PA, PE, PET, PLA, etc., as well as the small test experiments and small batch production prototypes, through a simple adjustment of the configuration.

Film Biaxial Stretching Experimental Line is a complete set of experimental equipment, its overall structure and working principle is the same as the film bi-directional stretching production line, the raw material through the pre-treatment, extrusion plasticizing, casting casting sheet, peeling, sizing, longitudinal stretching, transverse stretching and post-processing, and finally continuously prepared stretching film samples rolls.
