Silicone Forming Test Line
Overview
Products Feature
Silicone Forming Test Line is mainly composed of the main motor, transmission box, extrusion system, heating and cooling system, die head assembly, and three-roller calendering auxiliary machines.The features are as follows:
1. The deceleration and distribution transmission box adopts the structure of combining deceleration and torque distribution into one, which is compact and reasonable, and the main parameters have been optimized and determined with high reliability. The drive motor is realized stepless speed regulation by frequency conversion speed controller. The drive motor realizes direct-connected transmission, which can ensure the smooth and safe operation of the equipment.
2.Three calendering rollers, solid forging rollers with hard chrome plated surface and mirror polishing treatment.
3. The main machine is equipped with feeding system, the feeding quantity can be adjusted continuously and smoothly, and the production capacity of the machine can be adjusted conveniently within a certain range.
4. The die head is made of high performance material with good corrosion and wear resistance. The film thickness is adjusted by the screw below the mold lip, while the uniformity of thickness is adjusted by the adjusting screw above the mold lip.
Products Application
Silicone Forming Test Line is a kind of efficient mixing and blending extrusion equipment, and has the function of calendering and curing. Its main uses are:(1) Blending different varieties and grades of plastics into homogeneous plastic alloys or blends to obtain polymer materials with new comprehensive performance;
(2) Adding various inorganic fillers in plastics, such as calcium carbonate, talcum powder, etc., which can greatly reduce the cost of raw materials and improve their physical and mechanical properties;
(3) Mixing various additives in plastics, such as stabilizers, flame retardants, coloring agents and the preparation of high-concentration masterbatch, etc., can be highly dispersed mixing effect;
(4) Adding reinforcing materials to plastics, such as glass fibers and carbon fibers, to improve the physical and mechanical properties of plastics;
(5) Polymer homogenization and granulation, such as eliminating fish-eye and improving transparency;
