Film Biaxial Stretching Test Line Composition Introduction
Overview
Film Biaxial Stretching Test Line mainly consists of five-layer co-extrusion unit, casting machine, longitudinal stretching machine (MDO), transverse stretching machine (TDO), automatic rewinding unit, centralized control system and other components.
1.1 Five-layer co-extrusion unit
Five-layer co-extrusion unit mainly consists of extrusion host, five-layer co-extrusion die, material supply system, five-layer co-extrusion technology directly using more than three kinds of plastic particles (or plastic powder) as raw materials, through the five sets of extruders were to make each kind of plastic melting and plasticizing, through the distributor, will be supplied by the extruder after the convergence of plastic supply for the inlet mold, and then after further processing, to obtain the multilayer composite film.
1.2 Sheet casting machine
Sheet casting machine mainly consists of frame, cooling rollers, stripping rollers, transition rollers, elevator, forward and backward moving electric actuator, guide rail, servo-driven motor. 1.3Longitudinal Stretching Machine(MDO)
The longitudinal stretching machine consists of preheating rollers, stretching rollers, cooling rollers, rubber pressure rollers, heating unit and driving device. The longitudinal stretching machine is used to reheat the thick sheet after rapid cooling to the stretching temperature by means of preheating rollers. The thick sheet from the casting machine is passed through several high-precision metal rollers in the heated state and under a certain speed gradient to elongate the sheet longitudinally, making the polymer molecules undergo the process of longitudinal orientation.
1.4 Transverse stretching machine (TDO)
Film transverse stretching machine is mainly composed of stretching device, preheating oven, stretching oven, shaping oven, fresh air supply system, exhaust system, chain tongs cooling system and so on.
1.5 Winding system
Film winding is a process whereby the cooled film is pulled by guide rollers and haul-off components to tension control components, leveling rollers, and friction winding devices to be wound into rolls of a certain length or quantity. The rolls are then placed on an aging rack for a certain period of time to obtain a bi-oriented stretch film product.
