Desktop Three-rolls calander machine is composed of small-sized precision single-screw extruder, screen changer system, calendering die, calendering system, haul-off system, winding system, hemming system, and measurement and control system.
1)Roll
Roll surface hard chrome plated, super mirror surface, hardness HRC60-62, surface roughness Ra0.02µm, non-staining, non-delamination.

2)Adjustment mode of roll pitch
The handwheel is equipped with precision screw, which can meet the different thickness of calendering and molding process.

3)Edge cutting device
Passive cutter, adjustable distance between two knives

4)Moving device
Guide rail slider and hand screw supporting, calendering auxiliary machine can be moved back and forth, easy to operate.

5)Extruders
Each power roller is driven independently by servo motor, precise roller speed control, good synchronization performance, ceramic heater, fan cooling, stainless steel hopper.

6)Screen changer
Convenient plug-and-play, 304 stainless steel.

7)Sheet die head
Die head flow surface hard chrome plated and mirror polished.

Products Principle

Calendering is the process of making thin sheet of rubber and also lamination of such sheet on to other substrate like fabric,cord warp sheet by passing through set if rollers under controlled Conditions.
A calendar comprises of a number of rows or bowls held in frame. Rolls rotate in opposite directions either with even speed or with a friction ratio.
