Scope of application
(1) Single layer extrusion calendering
It can realize plasticizing, quantitative extrusion and calendering of plastics to prepare single layer calendering sheet, which is used to test the forming properties of materials.
(2) multi-layer coextrusion calendering
Laboratory TPU multi-layer co-extruded calendering machine can realize plasticization, quantitative extrusion, in-film composite and calendering molding of plastics through 2 sets of independent single screw extruder, and realize multi-layer co-extruded calendering molding process, and obtain multi-layer co-extruded sheet with different structure and different function:
(3) Material ductility test
The extrusion and calendering properties of sheet materials are tested by adjusting the formula and process conditions of plastics, which is used for formulation research and development of sheet materials.
