The desktop small precision four-roll calender is a mechanical equipment used for calendering of materials such as rubber and plastic. Its product structure includes motor, transmission system, calendering roller, frame, electronic control system and other parts.

The working principle of this equipment is to feed the raw materials into the middle of the calendering roller. Under the pressure of the calendering roller, the raw materials are stretched, mixed and pressed to form the required products.

The motor of the four-roll calender drives the calendering roller to rotate through the transmission system, so that the surface of the calendering roller has a difference in linear speed, so as to achieve the lateral stretching and plastic deformation of the raw materials.
