Overview

(1) Casting roller: The casting roller is driven by an independent motor, the rotation speed is adjustable, the surface of the roller is hard chrome plated, and oil heating is set inside.
(2) Traction assembly: It consists of a steel roller and a rubber roller. The steel roller is driven by an independent motor and the rotation speed is adjustable. The surface of the rubber roller is coated with silicone and the material is soft. The rubber roller can be driven up and down by controlling the cylinder.
(3) Winding assembly: The air shaft is driven by a torque motor, the rotation speed is adjustable, and the air shaft has a built-in air pressure device. The paper tube is installed on the air shaft, and the air shaft can be inflated by filling compressed gas. Driving the air shaft can drive the paper tube to rewind.
(4) Roller clamping mechanism: The gap between the fixed roller and the pressure roller is adjusted by controlling the activity of the cylinder through PLC and touch screen. When the clamping button is pressed, the pressure roller presses upward; when the release button is pressed, the pressure roller retracts. After the rollers are pressed, the roller surface will undergo elastic deformation and press the thin strip between the two rollers, and the thin strip will move under the action of friction. The moving speed of the thin strip can be adjusted by adjusting the speed of the upper roller.
(5) Electrical control system: All parameter settings, system control, data recording, etc. are operated/displayed through the operating screen installed on the door panel.
