Calendering assembly

Roller diameter: 120mm, roller width: 260mm, number of rollers: 3
Roller surface is hard chrome plated, super mirror surface, hardness HRC60-62, surface roughness Ra0.02µm, no sticking, no delamination
Each roller is independently driven, 0.75kW servo motor, dedicated servo driver, dedicated servo motor reducer
Roller is equipped with a temperature cycle controller for heating (medium: oil, room temperature +45℃~160℃) 

Extrusion assembly

Cylinder: 38CrMoAlA material, cooling water jacket built into the feed port, polished and nitrided
Screw: 38CrMoAlA material, diameter 30mm, aspect ratio 30, polished and nitrided
Ceramic heater, fan cooling, stainless steel hopper

Die head assembly

Die width: 200mm
Die lip thickness adjustment range: 0.1-0.6mm
Die lip adjustment method: push-pull die lip adjustment
Flow channel form: hanger type flow channel
Die flow surface is hard chrome plated and mirror polished
