l  Casting roller height can be adjusted to meet the different melt strength casting process/materials.

l  Hard chrome mirror roller with 304 stainless steel roller core, high quality surface finish, no rust.

l  Roller rolls improve the flatness of the film, anodizing treatment is more durable.

l  Optional mold temperature / chiller, precise control of casting roll temperature.

l  Optional air knife or electrostatic adsorption device to improve the absorption of melt and roller surface effect.

l  Optional waste side collection device to facilitate waste recycling.

l  Optional constant tension winding device to improve the film winding quality.

l  Optional pattern roller / matte roller to achieve a different film surface treatment.
