Film Biaxial StretcherTester
Overview
1.Product Composition:
1. Five-layer co-extrusion unit: through five extruders respectively make each kind of plastic melt and plasticize, through the distributor, the plastic supplied by each extruder will be converged for the inlet mold, and then further processed to produce multi-layer composite film.
2. Sheet casting machine: It is composed of cooling rollers, pressure rollers, frame, lifting group, power components and water chiller.
3. Longitudinal stretching machine: longitudinal stretching machine consists of preheating rollers, stretching rollers, cooling rollers, rubber pressure rollers, heating unit and driving device.
4. Transverse stretching machine: The transverse stretching machine is divided into the functional areas of film feeding, preheating, stretching, shaping and cooling.
5. Winding unit: The winding unit is mainly composed of transition rollers, haul-off rollers, tension rollers, spreading rollers, winding assembly, operation screen, frame and so on.
2.Product Features
Film biaxial strecher machine polypropylene (BOPP), polyester (BOPET), and polyamide are often used as substrates in multilayer laminations or stand-alone films. Oriented polylactic acid and polystyrene films have also found use in packaging. Orientation of coextruded films of (EVA–PVDC–EVA) are used as shrink bags for primal meat packaging. Machine direction-oriented (MDO) films are used in strapping and tapes and more recently in hygienic films and synthetic paper . MDO is starting to find use in coextruded films although challenges remain . Transverse-oriented films are used as shrink sleeves.
By applying Biaxial Stretching method, we can control stretching process at customers' command and secure various properties simultaneously.
3.Product Application
1. BOPET biaxial stretching production line: This production line is used for solar panel, liquid crystal display, heat sealing film, high resistance film, anti-ultraviolet radiation film, solar film, explosion-proof film, food packaging aluminized film and so on.
2, BOPP is used for printing, bag making, adhesive tape and compounding with other substrates, biscuits, sweets, candy, snacks, cigarettes and other packaging.
3. BOPS is used in positive pressure thermoforming machines to make plastic packaging products.
4, BOPA is used for freezing, cooking, vacuum packaging and so on.
5. BOPVA is used for ultra-thin films required for packaging such as cigarettes, printing, and daily necessities.
