Working Principe
Plastic particles will be added to the twin-screw extruder hopper, and the barrel temperature of the twin-screw extruder as well as the rotational speed to set certain parameters, particles through the twin-screw extruder melt and plasticize and then through certain specifications of the sheet mold mold molding for a certain specification of the shape of the film sheet, and then through the calendering rollers for the cooling of the calendering, and ultimately through the hauling, cutting, rewinding, and so on, after the steps of the molding of film for a certain specification of the film rolls.
