1.Flexible Adjustment
The mobile drawing roller adjusts the distance between drawing rollers and controls the tension degree through the hand wheel drive screw. Each set of rollers is driven by a separate motor, (including preheating rollers, tensile rollers, annealing rollers, cooling rollers, and traction rollers) rotation speed is adjustable, the roller is equipped with a heating oil circulation system to warm its surface.
2.Mirror Roller
Adopting high-performance integrated joints,the CRA series can increase the tempo by 25%,and the productivity can reach a new peak;the vibration suppression algorithm is upgraded to achieve a good anti-shaking effect;the full-parameter DH compensation algorithm and TrueMotion algorithm are supported,and the absolute positioning accuracy is 0.2 ~ 0.4 mm under the change of attitude movement,and the curved motion is precise and stable.
3.Intelligent Control
The operation panel controls the synchronous or independent operation of each roller motor. All parameter Settings, system control, data recording, etc. are operated or displayed through the operation panel or button installed on the operation box.
