MDO machine can use as an offline stretching film machine, or combined with small single screw extruder, small twin screw extruder, small triple screw extruder, and a small cast film machine, to form a MDO on-line cast film stretching machine.

Or you can choose the MDO casting integrated machine.

The MDO process is to stretch a film produced by a blow film or flow film line at a certain temperature and tensile ratio, then heat treat it, and then cool it back to room temperature. The process can be done either online or offline

Combining the functions of casting, stretching, Traction and rewinding, the combined extrusion machine can realize the online stretching and forming of plastic extrusion
● Equipped with roll lifting mechanism, and the film lip spacing is adjustable
● Oil heating, small temperature difference, roller surface temperature distribution is uniform
● Servo motor independently drive each roll, high speed control precision
● Stretch roller spacing adjustment device, can adapt to different stretching process
● Combined with extruder and die head can realize the film flow process
● Independent 10 inch touch screen control the whole molding unit
To complete the film online drawing, bi | and winding
● Special mold temperature machine/chiller can be selected to heat each roll and study the film flow drawing and drawing process
● Optional air knife or electrostatic adsorber to improve the film adhesion on the roller surface
